What stays in the browser

The postal check, guide search, enquiry preview and review-pack preparation run in your browser. Form text and selected photographs are not submitted to this website by these tools. No AI service is called, and the site has no customer account or server-side record store.

The tools do not deliberately save form entries in browser storage. Leaving, reloading or closing the page can clear your work, although your browser may independently retain form history. Export a copy before closing if you want to keep it. On a shared device, consider downloaded files and browser history as well as the open page.

Photographs and exports

Selected images are read locally for the review pack. Up to six JPG, PNG or WebP images of at most 4 MB each can be included. Original metadata is not stripped. A downloaded HTML record contains the selected image data; copied text and the text download contain only a photo inventory.

Check text, filenames and images for full addresses, faces, identity documents, signatures, access codes, payment details and other information you do not need to share. Redaction is your responsibility. Keep original documents separately from any edited sharing copy.

When information leaves the page

Opening a prepared WhatsApp or SMS link passes the previewed text to the selected application. You decide whether to send it there. Those services and the receiving provider have their own practices. Nothing is automatically sent simply by preparing the preview.

If you copy a review pack into an AI service or share a downloaded record, the chosen service’s terms and privacy practices apply. This site does not upload the record on your behalf and cannot control retention by another service.

Ordinary website and external-link data

The build includes no analytics script, advertising tracker, external font service or tracking cookie. Hosting providers may keep ordinary request logs under their own configuration. Following an external reference or map link sends a request to that other site.

Accuracy and control

Generated records repeat the information you supplied and label missing fields. The tool cannot identify every omission, verify measurements, inspect a photo’s provenance or establish whether a provider’s claim is correct. Changes to form inputs invalidate the prepared output so you can prepare a current copy.

Keep the source report and prior versions. A summary or AI answer should not replace the original record or a qualified professional’s explanation.
